My brother owns a 2012 outlander xt. And i myself own a p500. Thiers no comparison. Outlander is a beast. I myself love the p500. Mostly for hauling the extra gear and the downhill engine braking for hunting.

well my wife doesn't like the can am and I'm thinking this might get us back out in the wilderness again also will fit on all the exsisting trails in my area and I'm not using the can am much also I'm getting $10000 for my can am and I'm going to be in a 2016 p500 for under $3000

You will like the p500. Get for the narrow trails . the only thing u may miss is the top speed of the outlander. The ride is nice and u can carry alot of stuff on the back rack.

yes I just turned 50 this week and my bones don't heal like they used to so the speed wont matter I only drive 40 to 60 kms an hr anyway I'm thinking 27 in tires and nice wheels and a cool custom made box for the back

She ain't the only one who doesn't like a Can Am .
I've only ever been around a couple of them that were trade-in's, and what a pile those things are. They suck to work on. The only good thing I can think of to say about them is they do have a great engine.

If I was betting, I'd say the only change for 2017 will be color. I know there are rumors of changes, but it's Honda's #2 seller behind the Rancher line-up. So if they are selling that many, it's hard to believe they would make any significant changes in only it's 3 year.

I'm hoping a deluxe model introduced Buford, one with the Rubicon dtc motor and a front diff lock. Probably won't see it but that would be a nice machine, what they should have been from the start.
