Pioneer 500 questions.

Researching next atv/utv - choices are Pioneer 500 or Rubicon 500 DCT IRS.

Is everyone happy with their 500? Is not having a front diff lock nothing to worry about?

How is the legroom? I am just 6'.

Thanks,

Will

What kind of use do you have planned for it?

We can road ride here legally, trail ride which may include the odd mudhole - not major though. And work, so multi use. I will either trade or sell my sportsman 400ho, so this will be my only machine.

I like that it will fit in the bed of my truck too, a huge plus for me.

I am very pleased with my p5. I'm 5'8". Leg room is good for me. I have a friend that's close to 6' and 230lb. He kinda fills up the passenger side but doesn't complain as he knows he would be walking. Go test drive one in your winter clothes and boots and see how you fit. Only a few times have I wanted a diff lock. You can get by with a little momentum/speed. If your going to hit the paved roads you will be wanting another gear.
