Sunk pioneer-Need some info

Hey everyone, new to the forum and pioneer owner. I recently sunk my pioneer and it died. Did not crank it. Just towed back home. Water was in the crankcase and fuel tank and a little in the air box. I drained the oil, flushed with diesel about three times, just turning over with the plug removed. Removed airbox and cleaned throttle body. Also removed entire exhaust system and cleaned. Siphon fuel and replaced with high octane. Engine fires up and runs great but there is smoke at the joint in front of the catalytic converter and smells like oil burning but when I removed the exhaust again I did not see any oil in the pipe or in the valve port. Is this just the diesel I sprayed in the cylinder burning off? There is no smoke from the tail pipe, just at the converter. Any insight? Thanks in advance

I'm gonna do a compression test today. Does 80 psi sound right?
