700 2 cutting back

New to the forum guys and appreciate any comments or advice. My pioneer is cutting back at around half or so throttle. I've seen a lot on here about the exausht problems. I seperated the pipe and shook it around and nothing loose that i could hear. Started it up and it ran the same just louder of course. Does anyone know the symptoms of a bad stator? I read somewhere that could be the problem. Thanks for any help.

Is it throwing any codes (Fi light blinking)? Possibly the fuel filter is getting bad.

Yes, lights would be blinking. I would start with the simple things first, spark plug and checking the fuel for water directly at the bottom if the fuel pump ( siphon it out).
