Hello from SW Ga

Proud owner of a new 2016 Camo 1000-5!!! 100 miles so far and love it. I've noticed what people are talking about with the cab heat issues. I'm fat and hot natured as it is so i'm looking into the cooling fan fix. I wonder if anyone has tried an automotive style auxiliary cooler?

Still going to have some heat coming from the engine, I think most guys are putting bilge fans under the seat to blow the heat from the engine out the back. Then an aux. cooler may have a chance of cooling you down.

Welcome to the forum. Installing a heat shield under the seat helps a lot.

I was misleading in my first post. I was referring to an automotive style auxillary cooling fan. I've found a 10 inch one that moves a heck of alot more air than a 4 inch bilge fan but it would be a tight fit. Also, does anyone have any experience with the Universal a-arm guards on a 1000-5?
