Windshield...Yes or No

The dealer has my pioneer to install a windshield and top... I keep thinking, do I really need a windshield?? I'm not going to be racing down any trails (I got it for work, and hunting). I think money would be better used on a light bar or winch.. Just wanted to see what everyone thought about it before I actually had them order and install..

It really depends on you and the use. I run a 1/2 windshield in the summer and a full in the winter months. The nice thing is you can add one at anytime or remove it easily if you want it off for awhile.

winch is #1 when I buy a UTV then windshield #2 . why because the winch will get you home with out walking the windshield will protect you from mud, water, cold air. spider webs, rocks, bugs, limbs and more.

Can always go the cheap route also if you arent sure if you'd like it. I bought some 1/4" Lexan on Amazon and just zip tie it on when i want it and take it off when I don't. I have about $50-$60 tied into the window. I prefer to have it on for ice fishing, but prefer to have it off in the summer and for hunting.
