Absolutely.
Unfortunately, there are many parts of the earth that are higher than 3000', and that's where the Pioneer fails.

2 different vehicles. Sounds like the trail cat fits your needs better. I tired the trail cat but no leg room and my knees would not fit. I have a rzr 570 for tight trails and really wanted to replace it with the trail cat but it just does not have enough room.

If he would of bought a Polaris Ranger i would understand. Can't compare a sport SxS to a Pioneer or Ranger. Just odd someone buys a Pioneer than trade on a Wildcat. Not even same class of SxS. Buy a Foreman 500 to race motocross. LOL

Yeah....i understand what some of you are saying. Wildcat trail is in a totally different class. But he might have been like myself...

My purchase was the Pioneer, mainly on its ability to carry 4 people, and the fact that my second choice has a poor rep for durability.
I really wanted a 570 RZR, but the want to carry some in-laws helped push me to Honda, so i can see replacing the Pion with a Trail if he came from a similar circumstance. Now, having gotten used to that big ole bed back there....it'd likely be a Ranger instead.

I looked at those but couldn't find one close. Please let us know if you have any belt issues. I am happy with my Hondas.

My pioneer struggles at less than 2000ft. And like I said before this coming hunting season will be my final decision on whether to keep or sell. This rig was for family rides and hunting.

The only it does fairly well is take my 2 sons on rides. And my friends kids on little rides. That's it, its like ranch or farm machine. Just talking about the pioneer makes my want to blow it up Hahaha. But seriously tho. I was a big Honda fan it's just disappointing.

2014 Honda Pioneer 700-4 OD Green Happily Sold

felt the same way, its just disappointing.
but what do you expect for a 1300# or so machine with 35hp

i wanted to like the pioneer, the build quality and craftsmanship are great, the performance is just terrible, motor, suspension, transmission, brakes. just not up to standards that i would expect.

Trust me....i understand. Honda 1st was my motto. No more.

The most disappointing power-sports purchase i have ever made....by far!
