I got mine January 7th and the number is 2375. My dealer told me that he can't get another one any time soon. i had wait around 45 days after i put down a deposit. With that being said I don't think they have built many over 2375.

I agree. Unless there is some sort of bottle neck before distribution and there is a giant warehouse full where they trickle out. Keep that demand high.

I seen somewhere that they sent a bunch to Austrailia, maybe they use different serial numbers down there. Any Aussies here yet?

I bought my 4 seat model on 1-3-2014, and the serial # is 4001964.

As a point of interest:

I live in the San Diego area and no dealer around here, or Imperial County, had any, or even seemed to want to bring one in without a firm commitment to buy. One dealer even said "I don't want to get stuck with another Big Red I can't sell". Therefore I bought mine from a dealership up in the Los Angeles area (130 miles N. of San Diego) and even though they are an unbelievably HUGE dealership, I think they had it for a while and mine was the only one they ever sold. Moreover, they didn't even have it on the showroom floor, it was covered up in their back lot when I got there..... Strange huh?

That is strange qualt, you think a totally new machine would be front row center. Just curious what do most people ride down there, are ATV's big in your area?

Something seems strange to me. The highest serial number we have seen is 2375 if that is all that have been produced so far that would be less than 10 per day. I did a search and could not find how many they do produce a day but they do have 65 employees. I don't see how they could run a plant and pay 65 employees off less than 10 machines a day. Its a mystery.

Qualt ,

That is interesting. The big red didn't have a lot to offer on the sport side, but to was still a decent work SxS.

So Cal must be all about leisure .

Yes you are probably correct that most of the So. California ATV market goes to the leisure, or sport, machines. However with a 20 million population base, for the six Southern California counties, it is easy to see why.

The lowest population area, Imperial County, where my desert property is located, is probably the largest agricultural area but their population is only 160, 000.

Therefore, sport ATV's are the biggest demand and of course the dealers are going to cater to their market base. Surprisingly, the dealer who told me he didn't want to get stuck with another Big Red was in the agricultural area, not one of the rural areas. Hmmm?

If you want to see an amazingly large dealership check out the web site of the place I bought mine from: Bert's Mega Mall | World's Largest Power Sports Showroom! Motorcycles for Sale, Used Motorcycles for Sale, Boats for Sale, UTV Side by Sides for Sale and then click on the video near the bottom of the page. They claim to be the largest Powersport dealer in the world and I believe it.
