Gawdawful squeak in front suspension

2017 Pioneer with 250 hours. Both sides up front started squeaking on up and down suspension travel within an hour of each other, a week or so after running in rain and hosing it off the same day. Heavy metal, not rubber bushing squeak. I've determined it's the steering tie rod end joints because steering side to side pressure stops it momentarily, but so close to the ball joints it's hard to tell. I got the pin greaser as the rubber cups did not look puffed out with grease and filled them up, but it only helped a little. How do I grease the joints with no zirk to force it thru form above?

A metal sound would make me think brakes. Sometimes the a arm bushings will get torqued at the wrong angle and bind and make noise but it's not metal like.
