Not @ all!!! Plenty of torque and power! Even tried to go up a black trail 82 on the Pocahontas but was blocked by a huge boulder @ a cool 40 degree incline. Very proud of my machine , the only thing I will change are the shocks. average 12-15 mph and my buddy with his RZR 800 was very impressed with the pioneers grunt power!!!! But remember there are other places in the world with higher elevations than 3000 ft.
