How cold are you talking? The first morning I had mine it cranked quite a while before it finally fired. Then I read about depressing the gas pedal and slowly letting off as its cranking and it started much better. It must have been really cold to not even crank. It hit -9 here the other morning.......
This is another way I do it. If it's cranks longer than normal, let the key off for a sec and then crank it again. It has always worked for cold starts for me with any of the fuel injected atvs or SxS. Second key hit it should pop right off.
Not that I am against the gas pedal thing, but I usually just reach in and depress the brake by hand and start it.
