Can I fit 27x9-12 front and 27x10-12 rear, on the stock wheels? Thinking I might go with some ITP Mayhems for the winter.

Yes you could.

look at my picture in the wheel tire section. Those are 27 inch 9's up front 11's in the rear. They are 6 ply radials and i found them new on ebay for $396 for the set of 4.
