When I click the notifications link in the top right and select "New Likes Received" I get an error

I have tried Chrome on my phone, Firefox on my PC and IE 11 on my PC and I get the same thing.

Any idea why?

Oops. Forgot that copy / paste of pictures doesn't work on forums. After clicking the "Likes" link i get Pge cannot be displayed. It works somewhere around 1 out of 15 tries.

If you'll go into a forum....or even click on the "new posts" BEFORE you check the notifications, it'll go to it every time.

Don't know why this works - but it does.

Does this happen on certain pages (home page, viewing a thread, viewing forums)?

Also, what sort of error shows up.

It's happened to me, also. But, like I posted before, it's a REALLY simple fix.

When you first log on, if you attempt to go to your notifications (and that notification happens to be a "like" received), it'll give you an error message.

The REALLY simple fix is....to first click on a specific forum (or, the 'new posts' link at the top). Once you're in there, everything works fine.

I've only noticed it on the home/portal page. I just did like DB and browsed the forum and it worked then, so I never worried about it. I can't remember what the error was for sure though. I think it was a page not found error.

As i stated in the post below... now with more details.

I click on the notifications link in the top right just under my user name.
The pop up box appears with the list of selectable ifems
I click on "likes recieved"
The page never loads and i get "Page Not Available"

this also happens with me .....i just click on the hart for the likes recieved
