Does anyone know where the vents will go for the heater. I want to mount a depth finder on the dash if I can for the GPS where the white label is.

I haven't seen or heard anything about where exactly the vents go. I know two to the floor and two in the dash. I haven't seen a copy of the instructions for the unit floating around either. The last I heard which was last week, the heater won't be out to dealers until mid Jan.

I can tell you, that with just my homemade windshield and my hardtop. The "heated seats" really seems to keep the cold at bay even down around zero.

If your planning to go through the warning labels with your other installs, I'd guess it would be a safe bet that a vent won't be through there.

Could you not call your dealer to find out this information? As long as you read the warning on what you are installing it should be fine.

Tritonman you can call this number (866) 784-1870 and tell them you need the install instructions for the heater and they should e-mail them to you. The instructions for the fabric rear doors aren't online so they e-mailed them to me.

It will. Here are the steps to activate it.

1. Turn it off.
2. Remove windshield and any other cab pieces.
3. Drive really fast.
