Shawn, you have enough left over for a couple more windshields so your cost is really a lot less than $200. I also found I could buy the C clamps for mounting the windshield real cheap at a local hydraulic hose shop.

Mine is going to cost around $80 by the time I get it made. I just couldn't bring myself to drop $500 on one. Not that there is anything wrong with that, I am just cheap sometimes. =)

This how I post pictures. First I decide which picture I am going to post after I have it downloaded into the computer. Then I use microsoft "paint" to reduce the size of the picture since most sites do not let you post pictures that use a lot of space. Most of mine are reduced to only about 30% of original or less. After the pictures has been resized I go in and write the text out in the post and scroll down below to "manage attachments" and click on that. It will pull up a screen with options and I click on pictures and select the file first and then the picture I want and open it. The download manager will list it as a selected item. Then you have to hit the " upload" icon on the screen and wait for it to upload. It should put the photo in the post and you can hit preveiw post to see how it looks. Then submit reply.

There is a huge difference in the grades of plastic for the material. I think, cheap is best, then when it gets scratched, toss it.
