Hi I'm new to the sxs scene. I just purchased a 700-4 with the warn 72" plow and mounts, all through Honda. I've called Warn and can't get a straight answer as to if a Power pivot will fit the Honda mounts? I would assume so being as the Honda plow sports Warn badging. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. I would make that assumption as well. Toodeep a moderator here has a family honda dealership. I'd bet he knows or could find out right quick.

Thanks for the quick reply. My plow won't be in till Wednesday, I think I'm gonna order the pivot and hope for the best.

Pro Pivot

The power pivot is the old version of the new pro pivot. The pro pivot says it works on provantage plow systems. I am going to be putting one of these on my machine next winter.

That's funny, I called Warn and asked the difference in part numbers I'd seen listed on different sites. And he tried to tell me there was only one Power Pivot. Not a mention of the Pro Pivot. Apparently he wasn't very knowledgable. Thanks for the info. I never caught the name difference.

I looked for one to fit mine, but everything read indicated that it was only for atvs and wasn't built for a 72 inch plow system. I have the honda plow and mount and if it works I would get one also.

I haven't been able to use the plow much because everything is frozen solid. I did find out that you can raise the plow to a perpendicular position resting on your hood. I will have to post a pic.

Well, I ordered the Pro pivot today. Hopefully it mounts up. Now I just have to wait to see what shows up first, the Pioneer or the PP.

I read that it only worked on ATV's as well, but the guy at Warn claimed it worked with 72" Provantage plows, just didn't know if the Honda push tube was the same. I should know later this week. Im getting pretty antsy waiting.

Has it shipped yet? Wondering if it fits the Honda/Warn plow system. I am really thinking about getting one but not sure if it fits.

I sent it back yesterday. It could've fit with a little fabrication. But it isn't bolt on for the Oem push tube. After plowing the trails at my land, I don't think it would have been heavy duty enough for me anyway.
FYI everything bolted on nicely, but the main
Carrige bolt heads, that mount the push tube to the blade, would have to be ground down to fit the pivot motor. And the oem mount lacks a welded on bracket/anchor point needed.

Honda/Warn Push Tube

Does anybody know if the honda/warn 72inch plow mount is the same as the regular warn 72inch plow mount?
