Honda Pioneer Gun Racks

Came in here looking for the gun rack but something else has caught my eye. The rubber or plastic top would be a good add on for the pioneer so I don't get a **** tan or when it starts pouring when I out in the woods.

Nice spot for the guns though I never thought of having them up there.

Or you can just buy universal mounts from ebay and attach them to any part of the cage. I have used these in the past. Affordable but keeping guns verticle would be better if you add a band or velcro strap around the stock area.

agreed. this is the way to go but I wouldn't mind one made for the Pioneer to fit in between the two riders for rifles.

I found a generic one that can be mounted in between the riders but nothing Pioneer specific GS20073 - Kolpin - Universal Adjustable Dual Gun Rack For Any Truck Jeep Or UTV

I'm wondering if a gun rack made for the Big Red could be adopted to fit the Pioneer....

Hard to say unless the dimesnions are similar I would just go with the universal ones and make slight modifications to make them fit to our liking.

I would want a rack that is secure yet can give me quick and easy access to the rifles.

a good number of us do, we'll just have to wait for some pioneer specific models or settle for uni

or just retrofit an existing one to fit

I've hunted while still in the seat before. I've been looking for a good option to mount the rifle right behind so I can quickly access it.

Hi Gulf Coast I am looking at ordering one of these gun racks but I'm not sure which size to go with. Do you recall whether it was the 23-28"? I measured the distance between the roll bars and it was 27 3/4".

^ I have a double gun case like the above. I like mine....but it is NOT water-proof. I am going to spray mine with 3M water-proof stuff at some point. The case works well.....just be advised your stuff can get wet. I like the easy access to my guns and stuff. I think I paid about $75 for mine in the camo model.

Still, I am considering an overhead rack for the future.

Those are nice but block your view when backing up or looking behind you

Big Sky Double from Cabelas. Even mounted under the bars on the sides it keeps the guns tucked up in the top out of view. Excellent. Takes a beating and the guns stay in place.

i bought Cabela's TAC gear UTV double gun case i really like it. I am also going to get big sky one they make for bows.
