Picked up a new Pioneer 2 passenger green one for the farm. Great deal and service from Station Park Honda, Louisville. So far its seems to be a good machine. The past week on the forum has been helpful and helped me decide on the Pioneer. Most bang for the buck in my opinion.

I bought a hardtop and may try your windshield idea. Have you had it over 20 with it?

No, can't say that I have.

I don't think anything would come apart at the seams if you did go faster. I just think the middle might start bowing in from the air pressure. Bracing the top would eliminate the concern I think, or a thicker material.

If you have a heat gun and a good clean straight edge you might be able to bend a lip on the top to strenghten it. If i can find the lexan i will be trying it this weekend. Will post pics. Thanks for the ideas Moose!
That's not a bad idea Rincon. There is a you tube video titled "Bending LEXAN" he bends a 90 in a couple legs made of Lexan.

The challenge I see is trying to get the entire 4ft wide piece warmed enough at once to bend.
I went a little thicker than moose I think & made a brace at the top, back to the top crossbar using lexan and used 4 or 5 zip ties per side I have driven it as fast as it would go (in the wind) it works great! I forget it's even on there, I will remove it if I haul for sure.

You can put lexan in a metal brake ( sheet metal bender) and bend it at room temp.
Welcome aboard. Enjoy your mods.
If you have a glass company near you, they should have a heat table that can bend it for you. It has an electric wire that heats the sheet evenly.
