I put a big ol 4500# KFI winch on my Pioneer. I plowed with the standard bottom roller and noticed some scratching on it. The bushings were broken. I ordered the Plow roller today. You can't order just the bushings yet, you have to replace the entire rollerlead situation.

Also, when i was pulling out some line to winch a tree, I saw that the screw that holds the wire to the roller had broken. Luckily, there is an exact fit in the extra screws I got from KFI for my mount kit in the first place.

Still having problems replacing the side bolts for the plow mount/Bumper. I have now gone through every possible Metric bolt- hopefully the ones I bought this weekend are the right pitch.

All the time I saved over plowing with the ATV is being spent fixing the danged thing!

I have wire. The rollers in the roller fairlead on the front of the winch mount. The plow roller looks to be a larger diameter which eliminates the side rollers and I hope is stronger.
