set out to build somthing different, allready own a big bored long travel rzr. Selling it soon to pick up a pioneer 4. I mostly do Moab and slow technical trails. Anyway I also just picked up a wrecked frame from a parted out unit. Cutting out the ifs, and its section of the frame. Picked u some Suzuki samurai. Axles and tcase. Width is just a couple inches overstock and tcase is very light and 6.5-1 low range gears and 1.6-1 high range gears are offered as well as low as 5.83 axle gears. Last night just won the bid on a 98 goldwing 1500 with reverese. Over 100 hp and alot of torqe at a much lower rpm than most sxs engines. Going to mate the goldwing engine shaft to the sami tcase. Electric hydro testing. Run linked suspension with resivored coilovers. With ride hight as low as possible with 31" tires. Steering wheel paddle air electric shift. Custom stretched low cage. Factory pioneer Red plastic with rzr 1000 flares, custom bumpers. It will run a propane only fuel system. Hopefully. Get the garage organized Soon and start getting it set up. Any ideas, let me know. Hoping this combo will atleast see 55mph, since my rzr will hit 68.
