Hello and Merry Christmas to me. I lucked out and found a P4 my local dealer had on order. I immediately put a deposit and only had to wait a few days for delivery. During those few days three other people tried to buy it out from under me, even offering the dealer cash to let them have it. Fortunately for me, dealer honored my deposit and I now own it.

4) Quachita National Forest OKLA, our cabin is just outside the entrance to 7 sq miles of NF ATV trails

welcome to the forum!!!!
Welcome to the forum. I remember when mine was as clean as that first picture. lol
Congrats on the new rig. They do look better with a bit of mud on them.
Congrats and welcome to the group.
Welcome! Where are you riding in the Ouachita National Forest? I too have a cabin that is surrounded by the Ouachita NF. I ride there often. Hundreds of miles of trails, LOVE it. Would love to get together with you and see how the pioneer performs where I ride- because I'm thinking about getting one.
Amcoy, our cabin is near Hochatown, OK. The trails we ride are on the west side of Hwy 259 off Lucian Sorrel Rd between 259 and the Glover River. There are probably 30-40 miles of atv trails, mostly old logging roads so perfect for the SXS's. Very beautiful terrain and views from top of the Quachita mountains.
I'm about an hour north of ya in whitesboro, OK (my cabin is near there, I actually live in Durant, OK). We have a group that meets often in whitesboro. If you're looking for some new riding areas let me know. Family oriented riding group, been riding there for 2 years and haven't scratched the surface of all the places to go. I really would love to see that pioneer on the trails. It would help me make my decision- sell the 4 wheeler to get me a pioneer or not:)

You don't happen to know Craig and Charlene Hibbs, also from Durant? She is a teacher and he owns an appraisal company. They owned the cabin next to ours for past 10 years but recently sold it. He bought a Rino a couple years ago.
I would like to explore other areas and recently drove up to Billy Creek area in Quachita NF. Looks like there are miles of good trails there along Talimena dr.

I am actually her principal! Small world huh? We ride to and from Billy Creek often. Probably hundreds of miles of trails accessible from there.
Small world indeed. Hibbs are great folks and we miss having them next door. Next time I go up to cabin I plan to explore billy creek area. Do you know if all those trails are suitable for a big side by side. I've heard some may be narrow.
My RZR S (60") makes it just fine. As a matter of fact, a buddy of mine that rides up there with me drives a Maverick (64") and he makes it around fine.

Would love to meet you up there sometime and show you around. I, by no means, am the exhaustive authority on those areas but I am learning my way around and could show you as much as we could possibly see in a days worth of riding. I have made a couple of acquaintances that ARE authorities in that area. One of them actually is the caretaker of Billy Creek Recreation area and he spends a lot of time actually marking the trails.

I would really like to see the pioneer run the trails that we ride. If it performs like I hope it does, I'll be in the market for one.

BTW, I told Charlene about this and she began telling me stories. In short, she said y'all were great people as well.
I'd love to meet up to ride and would appreciate learning the area from someone whose been there. Perhaps this spring we can make plans. We can even invite the Hibbs to ride with their Rhino.
