Traced plastic ones as a templet used hole saw and a jig saw.

Are the aluminum and what thickness? About what did the cost you?

The aluminum is .125 as far as cost not sure got it from a buddy that works wth it all the time and always has scrap. You would only need a 4' x 4' pc.to do both pieces. I will post picture of them on machine when the weather warm up which will probably be around april.

Thanks. You did a nice looking job. I wish I had access to a CNC mill. I ran one for years I could cut them out 8 at a time.
