Once some of you guys see this, and realize how easy it was to do, I am sure you will come up with some very creative paint themes.
Today, while looking in my paint locker, I ran across a half full can of Red Krylon Fusion spray paint (Krylon #2328 Red Pepper/Safety Red). Since it said it bonds to plastic I thought I would try it on my Pioneer, and as you can see, it worked great.
Therefore, since a can of Krylon only costs about $4, and it comes in many colors, I'm sure some of you guys can create some interesting color combinations (maybe red-white & blue, or ?).
As you know the plastic surface on our Pioneers is rough, so it took a few coats to cover it well. However, and I didn't think of it until I was done, maybe if it was sanded smoother first it might have been easier to cover. I don't know, just a thought.
