While exploring the boundaries of my property with the Honda Pioneer. Among the tree litter was what I call pioneer litter but its not actually that old. Today I found an old bottle, since I purchased my land soon to be 12 years ago. Occasionally while traipsing around I kick up some piece of trash discarded about the property. Seems in the days of old people would toss about their homesteads anything that would not burn. Anyway, the bottle I found today is brown which are always interesting to me. On the sides are the word Fleecy White and indicates to me it's a bleach bottle from memory. My brief search about the net tells me it's of little value possibly manufactured between 1931-1941. One mans trash is another mans treasure, so I will clean it up a bit and hang on to it for posterity.

Nice find Duwop.

I held onto some old stubbies, not worth anything but conversation piece.

You guys probably don't even know what a stubby is. ;)

Cool find Duwop.
Dick, I remember them well, or as well as I can if you know what I mean.

Hey thanks fellas, yes my brief search revealed some very similar by the same manufacturer on eBay for twenty to thirty bucks. We know how that goes, value is only what someone is willing to pay. I will keep it and pass it on with the rest of my worthless treasures. I will hear my children from my grave saying "Why did Pop keep this worthless piece of trash" I don't get mad I get even. Ha!

I know what a stubby is. They still make them for Red Stripe.

Cool find with the old bleach bottle. When I was a kid we moved and found tonnes of old soda bottles in the garage. Most were coke or Sprite but there was even some Star Cola bottle, and that is old and out of print (so to speak).

Makes for a good Pioneer treasure hunting story.
