I love Honda's , but the exhaust note on their machines is loud, and odd. I have a 2022 ALTERRA 600 Quad and it's sounds smooth and crisp when compared to my Pioneer 700. Does anyone make a quieter, smoother sounding exhaust/ muffler for the 700?

Have read about a few 700 owners that found their exhaust clamps to be loose.
Might be something to check. But, as far as a quieter muffler........

Here is an aftermarket from Big Gun Exhaust.
No clue if it will do what you are wanting, I do not see any reviews.

Hey, now, this might be what you are looking for.
The Silent Rider, ATV Silencer, worth the look anyway.

Maybe someone will chime in that has modified theirs.
Post back if you do the mod, maybe it will help someone else.

Thanks, that Silent Rider looks interesting. We will be using our Pioneer 520 in a "golf cart community" and while it is approved and legal with stock exhaust I would like to be as quiet as possible.
