Made some rear fender flares for my pioneer The frame is 1" 100 wall sq tubing and the flares are used 5" round baler belting. The frame bolts on under the box and its held on with 2 bolts. The holes are drilled in the frame of the box one near the top and one near the rear the spots I drilled through allow me to put a nut ontop of the frame in between the frame and the underside of the box.

Looks well mounted, have you tested it already?
They work really good, built them in the winter so its just starting to melt and the roads were really messy on the last ride and the machine only got a bit dirty but the wind carries all the spray no matter what you have for flares etc; The real test will be in the acutal mud they should keep it from getting throw up and onto stuff.
