Honda says only 500 U.S dealers retailed the Big Red, currently more than 900 dealers have signed on to distribute the Pioneer. Dealer orders started on June 20.
Fueling that increase is what Honda calls the “Appeal Tree”. What Honda found was consumers are hunting for capabilities nearer to more expensive offerings from Polaris or John Deere, convenience, trail comfort, fun, affordability and durability. Most importantly the Pioneer needs to show quality and offer substantial rider safety.
Honda is confident they have met those demands at the price of the Big Red.
