I sent my Honda Pioneer to a local shop to have a general maintence and a few things fixed. (studs stripped) While at the shop they found more to work on. i ok'd the work which totaled $2000+ dollars and declined work such as a new battery that was just replaced last year. Making me think are they just trying to get money from me.. Anyhow once my requested work was complete they said they took for test drive and claimed it was bogging down. Mechanic thought it was fuel pump So he pulled line and it produced fuel so the pump is good. He then thought maybe wasnt getting good spark tested that and it ignited!! go figure gas fumes and spark dont play well together. They claim they have fixed any issue that had occured with their"incident". And now they have looked and found that the lobes on the cam are wore and want another $800 for that.
Do i have any recourse over the fire? im worried im going to have issues down the road when wiring and fuel pump was fried. Thanks
