The plow was from Honda it was not aftermarket. They are forecasting some snow here fairly soon I will definitely get some video uploaded.

Just got mine last night

Just picked up my 700-4 last night. Camo with plow. Made a few passes down the driveway last night. I will take some pics today in the light. I've owned Polaris, Yamaha's and Suzukis as well as Honda's. About one hour after I got home with the Pioneer last night I had a fella stop by and buy one of my sons 1986 Honda fourtrax. It still ran perfect and everything worked on it. Sure hope it's a sign of things to come for my Pioneer. Up here in Alaska the one ATV that lasts year after year is the Honda. They are in every village and from beach to mountain top. They last. I am so glad they came out with a competitive SxS. It was a lucky grab to get mine since they are getting scooped up before they hit the showroom floor up here.

Would you guys share what your plow mounting kit costs? I have the plow and the mounting bracket off my Polaris.. I might be able to make it work.There isn't much to them it looks like. But that doesn't mean anything!

Do any of you know what part number of warn provantage mount is for the pioneer? I tried contacting warn about it, and they never got back to me.

Has anyone plowed a decent amount of snow yet? just wondered how the Pioneer did and if a 72" plow is too much for it.

Yea basically warn makes it for Honda then it gets sold through Honda instead of warn.

I think the only piece you need from honda is the mount itself, that attaches to the front of the UTV directly. everything else is straight up warn - in fact I bought my blade from amazon for a fraction of what the dealer wanted and it bolted up directly as you would expect. the 72" model of course.

as for plowing, we have a long, straight, 10% grade driveway. It does fine on the way down and is challenged a bit on the way up. Only 4" of snow so far, and I haven't yet perfected the gravel feet so I am digging in in places, too. i've used a honda 928tas snow blower all these years and this is my first winter plowing.

It WILL tip the blade over and keep going though, uphill. I definitely need 4WD unlocked mode to get uphill without tearing up the dirt. I can see how a UTV is better than an ATV though - the weight alone is a huge asset for the UTV.
