Hi,

I am sizing up a 500 to see if I can fit it in my garage.

Will the 54" plow be big enough or do I have to go with the 60"?

I would go with a 60 inch, when angled they clear about a 53 inch path. If you have or ever go to aftermarket wheels you would be sitting at 52 inches wide.

Thanks for the reply, I rarely tilt the plow all the way.

Any idea if the 54" will clear the machine if slightly tilted, garage space is limited.

It will depend on what blade, I was going off of the Moose specs. Most give the option of 2 different angle adjustments. I bet you would be close on the first angle adjustment on the 54 inch blade.
