Thanks Rich450 with the help on the pic. Maybe one day this old man will figure it out. Binfordw it is a 25 gal tank by fimco from agri supply. It worked really well on the 300 , I am pretty sure it' s going to be just fine on the pioneer. Pretty sure I want be able to keep up with CSFI top dressing his wheat, unless it is as wet in his area as it is here. CSFI I use to farm and did all my spraying with a John Deere 700 hi cycle. I'd love to work that thing for a day, boy has farming changed since I got out.

Let me ask (since I have the same rig).....

How much trouble would it have been to just make a bracket that held the tank and all on the 2" receiver? I'd want to keep the tank out of the bed of the Pioneer, just due to the fact I use dye markers a lot. I guess the other alternative is a dedicated cart. That's the path I'll probably go down.

I would think all that torque/pressure on the frame having 25 gal and other parts hanging out on the hitch might not be good? A crappy little trailer might be better?

Just think of the wheelies you could do?

I thought of putting it all on the hitch, would have taken a pretty long stinger to get out beyond the tail gate. The tank use to fit on the 300s back rack and the boom attached to the tank brackets. The 300 with a full tank of water was very light on the front end, hard to steer. I did not want to trailer it, be mighty agrivating to maneuver. They make several sprayers on wheels with much larger capacities if needed. The pioneer is already big enough getting around small areas by itself. I think the pioneer hitch would handle the 25 gal sprayer just fine. Good luck, keep the post going with your set up. You all are a lot better at this stuf than I am. Barry
