Installed a Superwinch on our new Pioneer last night. The toggle and remote switches have red leads to be hooked up to the key switch. Having trouble identifying what color wire and/or where to do this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a white and black wire that comes out the bottom of the fuse box. That will have power when the ignition is on. You can tap that wire.



Personally, I would tap in to the cigarette lighter power. (12v aux outlet) It is keyed to the ignition too.

you can use a test light to see which one (wire )on the ignition switch is hot when the key is on .....

Is the hot wire at the cig lighter wires the white and black? The other is green.

Yes The white black is the positive, green is ground.
