I'm sure most of you have your winch installed by now. But here is a few pics of placement of switches/remote control hook up and a hockey puck for a winch stop. Also my 4 year old daughter figured I should have a horn on my pioneer so she "lent" the one off her bike.

I like the location of the switch, looks real clean there.

The color of the handle is a dead give away its not your horn!

What size winch is that? I'm trying to decide between the Warn vantage 4000 and the pro vantage 3500

I hope my Gran daughter lets me use one of her horns on my Pioneer when I get it. Best upgrade there is !!

I'm glad you like the pictures/location of the switch. The hardest part was putting the first hole in the dash!

Cavscout I went with the Vantage 4000. I was contemplating the same thing you are. The only thing I question is the braking system on the Vantage 4000 compared to the disk brake on the Pro Vantage. But then again I don't plan on hanging my P4 from a tree!

Looks great. I've looked at the Pro and Vantage. I wondered if it'd work with Hondas switch plate?

Dick, I do enjoy pancakes and if I spent much time on my Pioneer these days I might end up with Hemorrhoids….as it's been flippen cold here!!!

I think we will all have hemorrhoids Flapless Jack if is doesn't warm up soon. I don't how wide spread it is but it has been friggin cold -28 C here this morning. We should be thawing out and it's getting colder!

You won't hear me complaining about heat coming off the Pioneer this summer, if you do give me a slap!

I had a dream last night that I was trying to find my way into Peaked Mountain Lake on the Pioneer using the GPS and I kept ending up at different lakes. I don't even have a GPS yet and its not working right! At least it is warm in my dreams.

It's finally starting to warm up here….+1C today and +11C by the weekend! As far as the GPS goes I would call that a sign! Somebody upstairs is telling you to get a GPS

You can use the pioneer to get you lost and the GPS to bring you home!
