Was wondering if a 2 up pioneer would fit on a 6x10 trailer with a drop rear gate. With the gate closed the trailer is 120 inches and the pioneer is 115. Wonder if that's bumper to bumper?

That's from furthest out nose of bumper to end of the bed. Hope that helps

I haul mine on a 62" wide by 120" long trailer (Aluma brand). Fits perfectly….with a few inches to spare in width and in length. I likely would have a problem with replacement wheels and tires.

I see your picture on the trailer with the windshield and roof. I am picking mine up soon with hard roof and tip out window with cloth door panel. Have you had any issues on trailer with the roof windshield? I am worried about wind damage when I trailer mine. any thoughts Thanks

I have a GLASS windshield and 4 place roof. I read quite a bit about others hauling with these accessories…..and nobody has any problems in doing so. I believe the hardtop and glass windshield are rated good for highway use. I have never experienced any problems either….with speeds to 70 MPH.

I do not know about a plastic windshield…..but I have heard not to tow with them. That could also raise havoc with your doors and rear panel IMO. The glass windshield would be better (??).

Perhaps some removable steel support tubes inserted while towing would alleviate this issue of the plastic windshield bowing at hi speeds?? Dunno….but I think bowing is the issue at hiway speeds with a plastic windshield. (Obviously they are good to 45 to 50 MPH or so.)

I also have canvas front doors and the rear wind fabric panel behind the drivers seat. I do not believe these items will have any issues either….but I have not towed with them….yet. I have been in some heavy side winds and driven my UTV to max speed (45mph) with the doors and rear fabric…..and do not foresee any problems…..at least at reasonable speeds (say 60 mph? or so).

Trailer and roof

I have hauled my pioneer 4 on a 5x10 it barely fit, borrowed a 6 x10 and door would barely open to fuel it on the trailer, broke down and bought a 7x12 and it fits great and also able to haul my son 250ex sporttrax and a 90 cc motorcycle at the same time. Great choose for me! Also I have the Soft top (Signature Honda Line) and the 2 piece aftermarket lexan hardcoat windshield and am able to trailer at freeway speeds with out any issues!
