So I have a bit of a controversy, trying to figure out where to mount my light bar. I have the standard Honda roof for the 700 2 seater that has the bolts on top where it connects to the ROPS. I want to mount a 20 inch light bar to the top, as I have a plow and the plow blocks the headlamps when I’m getting to where I need to go. Additionally, I want to mount a light bar to the rear, as I need to see when I’m backing up. The rear, I believe I can mount upside down to the ROPS and hang below roof pointing backwards. However, I’m still stuck. Is the roof supportive enough to mount a 20” light bar to the top?

The roof is supportive enough. However, if you ride trails there's a good chance you can have it ripped off by branches. Same goes for mounting it in the front bumper. Many mount their lights high on the hood.
