Fixing to make my own windshield for my bike. Found lexan sheets at Grainger supply (0.236) thick. I think this will make nice install with some removable clamps. Any more suggestions?

If you have to cut it, becareful and go slow! And get a fine grit sandpaper and sand all edges, get the "sharpness" off of em!

100 grit is good
