I don't have this one but one similar. I like it. you get a little drift of the winch. It doesn't stop exactly when you let go. I think it works great for plowing. It wires up the same as the regular switch. Hope this helps.

On my thread I added the wireless but yd the wires off where I can still use my switch in the cab always good to have a secondary when you need it
